Everybody please be careful i had a MISSED CALL from this number while i was at work. I called them back and it said i had won a Walmart card for $100 so ABSOLUTELY i knew it was a scam immediately. Looked up the phone number no business or contact linked to it at all. Fast forward to me calling them at 7:08 and for some reason the automated voice message changed and said i can get $100 voucher card to big time retail stores like Walmart (theses scammers are so smart) so i proceeded with the call as the voice message said to “have my credit card ready. All we need to do is charge your card $1.69” and then some bs about how it will go to your account. So a lady answers and she asked for my name which i gave a fake one. Then later I asked ”why are you scamming people” she proceeded to ask “why would i call in if i thought it was a scam” i told her that “i won a card and then i could get a card if i spend some money so i know its a scam why would you change it?” I also said that you guys called me which she QUICKLY said we do not call people. WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN i present my MISSED CALL from theses so called “Discount and promotion fund.” (Or something stupid like that) which she then asked for the number that called me so she can “report it to her manger” i gave her HER NUMBER and she said “we do not call people” I said some unkind words and hung up.
Just be careful out there please people. These scammers will take and have no remorse for you or your financial state. If you ever have questions call your bank first. Never trust people that lie and deceive for a living.
