2024 New Scam Alert:
They send a voicemail impersonating Spectrum, saying they will remove the 40% discount from the system. They ask you to reactivate by calling them back. If you do, you might be charged a lot of money or be directed to click on a suspicious web link. This is the first time I’ve encountered this type of scam. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
